yeah the throttle body is set-up quite differently, a few more screws, added throttle idle speed (w/ CC)...i don't know the signifigance of this part though since w/CC it has both throttle idle and speed idle adjustment screws...there is also the obvious steering assembly you would need to set CC...and like greenpsycho said there is a vacuum line that runs in on the top of the TB...when the rain lets up outside i will go figure out where exactly it runs and try to post pictures for you.

i say if you really want it, source down an oz in a junkyard and get all the parts you need

of course, i'm sure installing it will be MUCH harder than what were making it out to be, so its probably not for the squeemish

honestly, it's probably not worth the hassle either to remove or install cruise control...to much time to get the parts let alone install them...with the time and money you spend on CC you could probably have gotten yourself a new mod or a nice dinner hahaha

The bore is 60mm and as far as I can tell from the gasket, it should be direct bolt on. I'll be sure to take some pics of it when I get it this week.

Apples to oranges.

That new mod isn't going to make him feel better when he can't move his leg on the way from Cleveland to Cincy.

The dealer gave me a number for a guy that installs them for $295 out the door. If I decide to do it I will go that route. Dealer and installer say it's the same unit installed at the factory.
