Keep in mind location has a lot to do with the rates. If I moved 70 miles north, my rates would be cut literally in half!!! It depends on the city/suburb you live in, the frequency of accidents and theft in your area. Age, marital status, etc. are factors too, but that's not all.

But for reference, I now pay around $130/month full coverage in the Los Angeles area. And that's down from about $200/month before I turned 25. Hoping it will go down more when I get married next year.

 

$240 a month with a $500 deductible on just the lancer. Only one speeding ticket. I'm 20 years old and getting screwed by my insurance.
