Yeah, I see a B&M short sifter in there. I hadn't noticed the red switch, I wonder what it's for too. But yes, if it's for NOS the car is probably on its second engine.
Oh yeah, and removing the glove compartment is not that hard. It's what you're lookinf for after that you might not know.

7. TURBO ADDONS
8. VERY FUN TO DRIVE¸ FAST!
Did anybody see a snail on this car? unless it has a turbo I wouldn't call it fast. Oh, IMO you paid too much for this car with too many miles.

^ She's in Florida, so I'm not sure what the smog requirements are there. But yeah, the listing was terribly inaccurate and the price was a little steep. Personally, I tend to avoid modded or riced out cars because they were probably driven harder... although they were probably also more regularly maintained, so it's up for debate.

The car looks brand new and everything even smells brand new .. there are signs of recently accidents that have been patched up and fixed... it is very loud as hell it feel likes its really fast... but... the SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON.. and DURING IDLE IN NEURTURAL AT STOP LIGHTS ... the cars RMPS rev by itself from 0 to 1000 and the lights flicker like they are going to turn off then turn back on... and the air conition does not work Apparently I signed a thing that says no money back or something... And that SWITCH to the best of my knowledge does ... nothing ... there were signs in the trunk of subs and stuff too...

Any ideas on what should I do guys to get ride of that light and stop that reving problem and possibley get some AC?

yeah and thats why ya never buy a car you have never looked at or driven yourself.

Why would you sign a paper before you test drove it?
Take it to a shop and find out whats wrong with it, as for the SES light, could be just the headers, the lights going all crazy, some kinda short? Maybe the grounding kit was installed by a pet monkey?
Either way you need to bring it somewhere to get it looked at before it blows up in your face or something.

if u have a header then that would explain the cel and the 02-03s had a issue w/ the idle if u have the piggy (dont know if u checked already) and the lights could be from the car having a crazy idle cause of the voltage changes then again it could be a wiring prob considering the pre-owner messed aroung w/ the electrical., as for the ac that u got to get checked out for leaks or if needed to get recharged.

take out the header and it wont be as loud and the cel will go way (if u replace it w/ the stock header) cut the piggy (if u have one did u find out yet?) and ul lose alot of power but idle should go back to normal. and get the ac checked before u add to the ac cause u dont want that stuff in the atmosphere

but if I keep everything ... I would have to keep my foot on the petal to keep it at 1k? to prevent that volatage drop and RPM Dancing? and for the Service Eninge Light I would have to live with that?

somtimes when the Piggy isn't installed right, or it's not allowed to break in properly the RPM's will go wonky. it depends on whos piggy it is. you might be able to reinstall it so and rebreak it in to do away with the rough idle. as for the header, if that is causing the Check Engine Light you can purchase a CEL eliminator that do away with the light. you can get them from RRM for around $20+ shipping. if you look behind the glove box and see if you have a Piggy we would be able to answer your questions a bit better.
