One Last QUESTION guys. This leak is driving me insane. I just found 2 interesting bits of information. Auto Consumer guide reports these 2 things wrong with the lancers.

Water leak: Water may also enter past the wiper arm pivots damaging the blower motor and requiring special caps to be installed over the pivots. (2002-03)
Water leak: Water may also enter the car via the rocker panels (side seals) or the area around the upper dash requiring resealing. (2002-03)

My question is where are the rocker panels(side seals) or is there a more specific way to talk about the upper dash. Also does anyone know how to take apart the pivot arms. Thanks
