Yesterday,

I sat in the JDM Recaro SRD installed in my Prelude...beat that ***** and then drove the Lancer GTS 2k8 to do the grocery.

OMG ! I really need to change the OEM seat...so not confy compare to my Recaro.

Is there any aftermarket rail and slider for Recaro for the new GTS ?

I will buy a use pair of Recaro for like 800 $ (pair).

Doubt it, but you could be one of the first to see whether if the OE sliders can be detached from the seats and reattached to aftermarket.

 

Not yet. Start calling/emailing vendors to get the working on it.

 

remember the stock seat have airbags in them so by removing them you will pretty much disable the SRS system!

You can get resistors that trick the system into thinking the seats are still functional.

 

you can get ahold of the stock eclipse V6 (GT i think) recaro seats, they are awesome and still keep the SRS seat feature
