Simple and to the point...
Got a used RRM turbo kit that sems to have been non IC then converted to IC
My question is
Do I need a piggy to be running intercooled?
I've been reading that 04+ have a 5th injector set up with no piggy some with both
02-03's with no piggy some with, one with piggy and injector
I was under the impression that you didn't need a piggy unless you were going stage 2 and with that you would need larger injectors on top of that.
Time is ticking for me and and help would be appreciated.
(I would call RRM but I'm on the east coast and they are closed now)
Thanks!

There are basically two kits, the 02-03 T-28 kit and the 04-06 16G kit. The 02-03 kit used to not use a piggy but it was changed to use the RRM piggyback for better power and reliability (since you can actually tune the car). It uses a return fuel system and an FMU to address the fuel issues. The 04-06 system uses a 5th injector since the engine has a returnless fuel system. This is controlled with a piggyback.
