and an oval steering wheel..like on 370z, cuz god knows the stock one sits waay too high at the top, even when its lowered all the way....yeeea wed probly have to give up bluetooth n cruise control..id like to keep cruise but whatever sacrifices r necessary

 

Those mirrors are tiny, I would never put them in my car (especially knowing that they do nothing except making it harder to switch lanes).
A new steering wheel is not practical because it involves a lot of stuff such as the airbag, radio controls, cruise control etc.

 

whaaat, nah man, i dont know bout LAWS regarding havin an airbag in steerin wheel to pass I/M but like i said, id give up radio controls n cruise for a better wheel, stock is like drivin a school bus loool

 

Hey Rock, I suggested an engine torque damper a couple of days ago but I don't know why you think that would not be a good idea. Can those cause any problems later on? I know you have polyurethane engine mounts but most people would want a simpler soulution for wheel hop. Every time the tires lose traction on rainy days the engine starts shaking like crazy.

lol i think RRM sees projectors are big in demand i dont think they want to make them though..

i mean seriously a tow hook over projectors? im confused

 

lol why would u be? tow hooks r alot simpler to produce, cost less money, and turn around will be greater, they probly jus needs scrilla right now n dont wanna drop alot into r&d for pro's wit the "recession", worried not enuf people buy em n end up bein a waste


if u were runnin a business in these times would u want to make a product that would make profit LATER or now...

 

^i could understand about the recession and everything like that, but good quality projectors not priced that high would make a killing. and if they offered 2 different styles, blacked out and chrome, or even other styles, sales would go through the roof. they don't have to produce a million of these, but a prototype to see what could be, and see how the interest is would definitely boost up. and especially if they fit the evo's.

 

tru im totally ****in down for projectors man..xenons n HID kits..meh.. but pro's r where its all its all the issue of price to make n what they sell for..like u said..hopefully they can figure sumtin out but im not sittin on my hands for it

earlier in this thread someone posted a link to a company that makes retros but u gotta send out your headlights to them so they can put em in n itd be like 5 days or sumtin? im not sure, but they were like 500$

by the way anyone know how to take off the fake carbon fiber trim pieces on the interior? (front 2 doors, and across whole dashboard) i wanna paint to match my shiftknob

 

Good quality projectors are expensive. Most of the people who now want them will turn around when they see that they can't afford them. (For example, alot of people said they would buy the turbo kit but where are they now?) So it's a good idea to invest in a product that will sell.
