I have a 02Rally Manual and get about 370-390 on a tank. That is when the E light comes on. That is cruisin 75-80 MPH. No mods yet and it is all highway. I have to stop for two traffic lights before the speedway every morning.

Is that even possible? 370-390 seems a bit high...

That's about what I am getting. I suppose if you are getting 300 at gas light and you have about three gallons in the tank left then it is possible to run your car till 370 but you'd be running very, very close to empty.

The tank is 13.2 gallons
Max fuel economy, lets say 30
So do the math: 13.2 X 30 = 396

Factor in fluxuation in fuel econ. say due to driving style and roads and 370 is possible. At least that is the math I did to come up with that. I don't know for sure if it is possible but I'd say that it could be.

PS- My car gets about 310 at the light going on.

What I was saying was that if you are at 300 miles at the light, assuming that it goes on at three gallons remaming, than it is possible to get around 370 miles per tank.

I thought out cars had 12gallon tanks.

The most I have ever refilled is 11 gallons.

i've hit 375 miles on a tank....filled up about 11.5 gallons worth after that..so i got about 32-33 mpg...i normally average 32 mpg with mixed driving..but i don't push it to the last drop of gas...i normally fill up 10-11 gallons at a time..
