Yeah it was a lot of work... I wouldn't even know where to begin with explaining the whole build.

wow, slow around here of late. touched up the plastidip on the wheels of my daughter's car today from the various scrapes she has put on there. topped off the tires with air. she has complained about the shaking of the car when in drive at idle. it has done this since we got it but does seem a bit worse than it was. of course at 164K don't expect smooth but when it is in park or neutral, it is very smooth. idle is at about 750 in drive so I don't think it is too low. not sure if there is much I can do. the plugs are new so not sure what else. car runs good though otherwise.

Idle is correct. Check the motor mounts and the transmission mount for play.

is there a more common failure on one of these? if so which one seems to fail first? I searched and see the front, rear and then tranny mount. mine is an auto.

checked the mounts I could see. the one at the front of the car, nothing moving, the one which I think is referred to as the rear mount, it is behind the battery on the driver side. under load, I can see it squish up against the metal bracket it sits in and go back. not a lot, but a definite squish. not sure how much movement is supposed to be there under load. no idea where the other one is, which I am assuming there is at least one more and/or the tranny mount. assume also I have to be under the car to see it.

had picked up an OZ cluster, thought it had 165K on it so waited till her car got there. put it in today, turns out the cluster has 187K on it. oh well, could have put it in a long time ago. going to have to document everything. looks nice in there.

It's been awhile since I've been active here. Had a lot going on with school and work. And ad to replace some odd and ends on the car. Which means I also got to replace my cheap eay exhaust. Well modify it anyway. Below is a link to a clip of it. Have some more I'm gonna be doing to the car soon. I will try and get some more pics up soon!
