Hi. Wondering if anyone has any ideas of what has happened to my 2.4 lt lancer. Es
changed the timing belt and water pump while I was there, car didn’t start as easily as it normally would , thought it may have had something to do with timing the fuel pump and had a small air block not sure.
anyway once it started ran no problem waited for thermostats to open turned on the heater and ran it for about 10 minutes.
took it around the block ran great.
went to start it after about 10 mins and took a few cranks again to get it started.
Drove it about 5 klms and the engine coughed and stopped.
wouldn’t start again.
not sure what’s going on .
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
