Join the "waiting game" club. That is all you have to do is be patient man. I was just going back and forth with Dave when he was trying to reslove my situation and low and behold. Dimantha up and said that they would hook me up! So all I'm saying is you can be pissed about the situation, but crap happens. Sometimes you just have to wait it out! Good luck with your hood and everything though!! I'm OUT!!!!

I think it is hilarious how a thread named "Accolade=worst company......." gets merged into "Accolade Discussion"

The best part of it is that you get almost 2 years of unsatisfied accolade customers. 41 pages is a lot. Maybe I will look for an alternative place to get a body kit.

Lets say that there is :
10/15posts per page that are anti-accolade (unhappy customers)
3/15 posts per page of nutrual-accolade (customers and people that are possible furture customers)
2/15 posts per page of pro-accolade posts (happy customers + possible future customers + accolade staff)

That is a Total of:
410 Anti-Accolade
123 Nutural-Accolade
82 Pro-Accolade

So far in this thread.

Keep in mind that more negative feed back occures (no matter what the product is) then positive. Even still I thinkl Accolade needs to work on things. The same issues have been arising for over a year and still no firm job resolving it. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for accolade to change there ways and maybe spend another $50.00 per kit on better packeging (way to much for packeging but still would be woth it) and another $100.00 for better fit and finish. I think it would be worth it. Maybe Accolade should eat half of that and charge half of it as a "Safe Shipping" option. Im sure they wont want to come up with half of that money because it would be digging intheir pockets, course so it poor packeging and fit and finish. I think they need to re-evaluate things before they loose what little "nutural-pro Accolade" customers they have. I know I would be willing to pay extra money to ensure my kit arrived in good condition and had that extra bit of attention to ensure that it ould acheave a certian quailiy (other then poor).

Maybe its a quality control issue (or lack there of) Fact is that Dave knows whats wrong, Accolade knows whats wrong. They just have to decide if its better to keep disappointing customers (and to be customers) and have to loose all the potential buisness trying to save it by replacing broken or incorrect parts. Or spend the little bit of extra time and care in preparing these kits. And mae sure they get to the door of the customer in great condition. These are decisions that they have to make. But with the North American Market at stake, I know what I would do if I was them.

I actully think Dave has done a great job in being a buffer between Dimantha and his American customers.

Personally I think the kits look great (in pics). But all the issues of fitment and the fiberglass thing...well..............you know how I feel about it, but Dimantha gave early customers some serious problems at first...part of it because he couldnt communicate well, part of it because he operates on the other side of the globe......part of it because the materials and shipping are/were questionable.

But since Dave has been around, even I could admit to the fact that the dude tries much more than Dimantha ever did........even with the grief he has gotten from Anti-Acc's like myself......(I smell a EvoM Crew! The Anti-Acc's...LOL) He has resolved EvoM/Acc' customer issues on the regular....I can be man enough to admit that much*grinding teeth*

Definatly true, I I dont think anyone blames Dave. I think they just want it resolved and want Accolade to do good. Course who am I to talk, I dont even have a kit on my car yet.

You are the most important dude to talk....you are the potential customer who has yet to fork over the dough.....companies want your money more so than someone who has already made a purchase. How many kits will one person buy on the same car in one lifetime? Exactly, your opinion on a company matters the most because you are debating whether or not to give them your money......feel me?

I know that last line was a bit of a set up. I was waiting for someone to say "you dont have a kit? You have no right to talk"
