As far as your poor customer service blamed on Christopher Peterson, there was not one point when your kits sat idle from the time of order it was in transit from Asia to CA and then trucked. Now delays do happen and ETAs are sometimes not met accordingly.
RLAS you make such poor conclusions on the financial figures, how much of those funds went to shipping. Upon inspection of the MN delivery not only was the SS damaged but also the front had structual cracks and the hood was also damaged. This is due in part to freight handling and the abuse at returns in their dock terminal.
Now I am not here to debate what you believe to be a lie, I am only stating the facts.
If this is true that the MN delivery was refused because of a damage to one side skirt that is a shame... because we could have sent out a skirt very easily via UPS. Again we were probably not informed of the small damage to such a small piece because of your disconnected communications.
As far as the Evo Kit to Hayward I know exactly what happened to cause the kit to be damaged. The package was taken to Grand Collision Center in the midst of heavy rains. It infact was exposed to the elements for quite sometime as the shop debated over its delivery. The box has a busting test of close to 95 lbs and the kit wieghed in to around 83 lbs if it gets wet its a disaster.. ODFL had to basically tape it back together using god knows how many rolls of tape.. the kit didnt fair any better...
Since these kits are imported from Asia and we do not a manufacturing base in the USA... each and every kit has a retail price as to its value. A damaged kit is a total loss of a potential sale which would amount to well over $1500 on the 2 body kits that are described. So in fact all parties concerned have lost money and I hope you understand this...

These are MY PRICES not manufacturers cost:
375 x 2 = 750
I paid 660 per kit.
660 x 2 = 1320
1320 - 750 = 570
Explain to me how Accolade lost ANY money if not gained money from this.

I know nothing will change the fact that both kits were "damaged". But ya know what? It's worth nearly 500 dollars of my time to try to get my money back because I am responsible for repaying the customers. They each paid about 950 shipped for their kits. Therfore I am losing nearly 2K in this.

I haven't read the whole thing but I think there is something wrong here. If I understand correctly Rlas is a reseller of Accolade, is that right. If it is, what kinda of company would get out there trying to kill their supplier? No matter what's the issue.
Rlas wanted us to know Accolade screwed up. Alright... it's done now. So why don't you guys take that bullsh!t in private now that we all know. Rlas says he tried contacting them several times before bringing this out, but if he's contacted them as arrogant as he is right now... no wonder they did not followup. Who would want to make business on that kind of terms.
Honestly, I don't care who's wrong. All I know is that business like this should be done in private. So why don't you guys pick up the phone and talk.

Dave@Accolade:
I tried, just now, to contact you via AIM and you signed off. Do not wish to continue this in private? If you can come up with some kind of way to settle this I am more than open to suggestions. I am on AIM and MSN right now for the next hour.

sounds to me rlas is been taken for a ride on the kits.Granted if he had done homework then this would not be a problem but on the other hand if there is more than one complaint on the same company for the same issue and there are many other companies where u can buy kits from. Dave@accolade tries to make it sound like they are the only ones. After this storyand reading many others of the company and issue u are my last choice. My .02cents

I dont appreciate you posting this thread as a cold and calculating means of blackmail.
Its in an inappropriate forum and your comments are very off based. If anything the Buyer should beware of dealing with you... as you have clearly demonstrated that you cannot handle business dealings appropriately.
I present this thread to gain everyones assurances in our company:

A group buy that was completed just recently.. all customers recieved their items quite fast under 7 days... Nothing but praise for the way we handled orders.
