Body kits?
Foreign based company?
Well known company?
Restocking fee?
They screwed you?
Forget guessing, I KNOW who you're talking about
don't worry I won't say anything for the other HALF of this forum that is too new to know all of the crap that is linked to them. But for those of you that don't wanna get screwed, run a search on this forum for any company you're not sure of, there's plenty of feedback.

If there was a legal US citizen that was forwarding packages for them and being paid a fee for each shipment is there anything legally I can do?
BTW: I just got an email from them saying that magically both kits returned were damage and therefore I would not be getting ANY money back. I'm still gunna try because it's almost 500 bucks so in the next day or so I will be spilling the beans on them and on the person forwarding the packages if I don't get any $$

Did you open the boxes when the kits arrived, or did you return them in the original, unopened packaging? If you never opened it, the damage is their problem. If you opened it and did not tell them they were damaged, then they can claim that you repackaged them wrong. As for is a US person forwarding them, you might have grounds if the package didn't make it to the Phil... other country
if you had to ship it through that guy. But now the package did make it, so it sounds like they're toying with you. Amazing how every returned kit from them is damaged on the way back.
I'm not a show car guy, but if I was looking for a body kit, I can tell you that I would not buy from them, simply due to all the crap I've seen posted about them on this forum.

forget this crap of being nice, i would do everything in my power to get that money back, the longer you wait, the harder it's going to be. did you pay by credit card?? try calling the credit company and seeing if u can get ur money back through them, i had a problem with a nameless company(prob the same one did) and after a week of not getting my money back i called the credit company and they looked into it and then gave me a refund.
well if its that company im thinkin of... i recently wanted to buy a bodykit from them but had this bad feeling about them, so i was like forget about. i'll get one from a more trusted one and one that has good customer service.

ask for pix of the damage kits... i'm pretty sure they would go out of their way to break their own kits just to give u false proof.
I am kinda sketched out at the moment about my kit also. It has been here in the states for months, yet this individual named OZ-E keeps giving me a runaround about the damn thing as to why it has not been sent. I sent him $900 total for a kit in a group buy yet, no kit yet after all this time, and he never ever goes out of his way to contact me with any information. Instead I call him numerous numerous times and eventually he may pick the phone up, then give me another run around. Anyone who maybe knows him, could you please find out some truth behind this guy.

I know OZ-E and he is a stand up guy. He has been very busy. If you bought the tech kit then supposedly they should be in within the coming week. But i will tell you, you are not being screwed.

ACCOLADE USA has filed a damage claim with the truck company, they have 60 days to acknowledge our request for reimbursement in writing. Upon completion we will contact you on how we can resolve this issue. We ask that you be patient during this time.

863.84 is more than plenty to cover the costs for the manufacturer. Here's the list I was given by the Sales people for your company on 4/5/2004 at 9:28pm PST:
$70.34 x2 = $140.68 CA
$90.78 x2 = $181.56 MN
====
Boxes and Packing: $20 x2
====
35% restock fee: $462
-------
PAYPAL Deduct $660 x 3% = $19.80 x 2 = $39.60
Total: -$863.84
So US$ 660 X 2 - US$ 863.84
= US$ 456.16
Explain to me how $863.84 is not enought to cover the cost of 2 kits? And also please post pictures of the broken kits on this board.
