i've been searching all over but it seems that i cant find a better explanation on how to install spark plugs. help! pictures will be highly appreciated.
I'll assume this is not a joke and answer as accuratly as possible.
On top of your valve cover... there are 4 black spot
1.Remove the first on the left, stick the plug socket in there and get the plug out.
Dump the new plug in the same hole, stick the plug socket in there and make it tight(not too tight)
2. Again from the left, move on to the second black spot. It's a square held by 2 screws. Take the screws off, take the black square off as well, stick in the plug socket and get the plug out. Dump the new plug in the same hole, stick the plug socket in there and make it tight(not too tight). Put the black square back on there, and tight the 2 screws
3. Again from the left, now it's time to attack the 3rd one. Same thing as #1
4. Again from the left, now it's time to attack the 4th one. Same thing as #2
You're done.

To use his example, see picture. You probably don't have blue plug wires, but you get the idea.

#1 & 3 - just yank
#2 & 4 - use 10mm wrench
If you look down those holes, you'll see the plugs. You need a socket and a long extension. Unscrew and remove. Replace and tighten. Put back #1-4.

Whatever's cheapest.
Really, it's an econobox with a fairly boring engine. You don't need anything special. I just went to Autozone, told them what car I had, and walked out with some NGKs.
