hey what kind of spray paint did you guys use? im planning on to buy the lancer es sport this wedensday, i cant wait......... rally redd gonna be a beautiful baby... yeah i already am getting ideas of what im gonna do.. so what spray paint (certain kind and color) i want it to be dark black glossary too... also how many coats of the black paint and clear paint is recommended... since its in the front, it may get chips easy

A lot of these questions are answered in the How-To. I recommend dupli-color bumper paint. The dupli-color bumper paint is excellent at resisting bumper chips.

Hey I used this How to guide today to paint my Lancer, I pretty much followed it exactly step by step. This is the end result, I'm very happy with it.

since i have a black car it would be retarded to paint black, i want that grey color the evo has but what kinda gray is that?

I was riding the MAX to downtown Portland this morning and I am pretty sure I saw you in traffic on highway-26...Rally red with the blacked out bumper looked pretty sweet.

hey im thinkin about gettin rally red. Would it be to much to ask to take a couple side shots? like half showing the bumper and the side of the car? I really wanna see how it looks on it in a bigger view.

I'm in the same boat as others as in I'm uber young and haven't done anything at all to my car...yet

any pics on how they look with license plates and the Lancer Frame?

cause it looks DAMN nice without the plate

ive seen it done on just about every color an i wouldnt say its that bad but at the same time its all about personal opinion of these sorta things. but once u do it its gunna be hard as hell to get it back to normal lol

ps would anyone recommend krylon satin? its the only thing i could find close to the color i wanted but im sure sure i should use it if its not that good
