2011 Lancer GTS
Nice Lancer.
I could of got a 2011 Lancer GTS but all of them had clothe seat's and sport's tronic shifters with the paddle shifters, like the Ralliart's do.
You did the smart thing too, because now in ONE year when I go trade my Lancer in and sell my SS I will be able to possibly put down nothing on the car I really want cause my credit will be above 700-750+ range after ONE full year.
I want to put some Tein lowering springs with aftermarket shock's but I'm afraid of running the nice ride it has
Look @ my album's of my car.
U can see my leather seat's and some of the CF accent parts on the door's,around the boot of the shifter and has well has compartments that are used for ash tray and Ipod connect.

So I got the '11 with a 5 speed, and i'm much happier with it.

I know it's not ACTUAL CF it's more a imation CF but I still think it look's clean and at least in the Lancer's they but some kind of clear coat over it unlike some other car makers I know

Yes, I was so much happier with the 5 speed GTS then the sport's tronic one I test drove
The dealer is wrong. There is no 5speed auto awd with stick . There is no awd gts and there us no hids stock on a gts. Hids come with the packages which does not include awd. That motor could not power an awd car, are you crazy?
yeah i contacted a couple dealers and all of them replied that there arent any gts's made in AWD. they said that the package isnt rare it just doesnt exist. i contacted that site and they said.
"Hello Anthony,
Thank you once again for your vehicle request. Jim Marsh Inc. is committed to making this the best automobile purchase you have ever had. Here is the information you requested. You are right, this car is a front wheel drive. The AWD was entered by mistake. As far as the transmission goes, it is a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). There are no set gears so it is not either a 5 speed or a 6 speed. Would you like to come in and see this car?"
"no thanks..."
i think they do have a package where the gts comes with some halogen lights i believe but not hids. the cvt engine is the automatic engine. it uses a pully system. instead of feeling the car push when it shifts... you don't feel anything. it has a constant pull as it shifts which makes it have a consistent smooth ride. not good for a person who's really wants to feel a car. they say paddle shifting is faster then stick with a clutch... i still believe paddle shifting is for those who want to think they know how to drive a manual car but cant. if you look at any other performance cars they all still come stick with a duel clutch. like the aston martin. i guess it's all preference.

I appologize my mistake I was told that by the dealership and the 1st time I looked I saw the sway bar and the front had the FWD as well as sway bar and must of thought the back had it too since I saw the front 1st. HONEST MISTAKE, SORRY AGAIN.
But I am POSTIVE my headlight's are HID's stock and not halogen light's. I have a 2 friend's who have been selling and purchasing HID's for years and selling them. My friend even, carefully, took the HID bulb and I know at least in Texas they have GTS with HID's stock because I know someone with a GTS here in my city.

I could but then again it's a family friend, the boss at least (not sells-man), & he DID help me out a lot with my interest being outrageously low. Also the sticker price was dropped a GOOD amount since I had purchased THREE car's from them total.
TWO being Brand New 2010 Outlander's, I signed for under my name for my both my parent's.
But that's why they gave me free 5% in the back and 25% for the driver and passenger window and my monthly payments are VERY LOW for a 19K car

I did call the dealership and they are going to help me out with some important thing's
that I should of had and it's not a turbo. Since I know them and have brag them LOT'S OF BUSINESS.
got an 08 GTS 50k miles on it, for the most part im happy with it, my only issues is the lack of power, and the CVT tranny which was a mistake getting, you cant take off at any kinda fast speeds and it just makes the car feel slower than it actually is. also the paint is crap, it you paid attention to detail it already needs another paint job after 2 years.
The 2009-2010 lancers had 3 packages. Sun and sound, touring and navigation. You can't get the touring without the sun and sound. So, if you don't have the rockford system you dont have hid lights that are stock. The dealer may have installed them but the car did not leave the factory like that. The touring package also has a wind deadening windshield, more sound insulation as well as rain sensing supers.
