I am willing to bet that the ammount you paid for the car + the engine + the swap = the ammount of a used Evo.
Someone with that kind of money one would think they would just buy an Evo. I think its great that its been done, but looking at the quality of the picture, it looks like some decent photoshop work. I have thought about this swap as well, and well... its the price of an EVO upgrade... go trade the sucker in, and get a bad *** car.
Want a turbo. Talk to RRM, or go to turbo-kits.com... Im sure that if this is "actually done" the car hauls ***, and doesnt even need upgraded. But come on, the person who has the engine swap knows nothing about it. Hi, my names joe, i know absolutely nothing about cars, but will you put this cool engine i bought in it?
Most shops would say no just because its so much work. Or they will slap down a 5-10k bill on you. Waste.
Again, props if its really done. Ill beleive if i see some video footage. Too many photochopped BS **** out there... a good graphics designer usualy knows nothing about the inside of the computer :-)

He will never be able to trade that car in and recoup any of the money spent. There's no add in the books for Evo engine Swap. Might as well keep it and mod it up, sell it, or stop spending money on it and use it as a DD until you get something else you want. Returning it to stock and then trading it in and selling the engine seperately is an idea, but since you are spending tuner shop money and not doing it yourself, it isn't worth it now that it is already in the car, even if you still had a stock working engine.

Hey if people want to throw $15000 into a geo metro to make it fast, let them. He wanted to do this swap (which its garaunteed not photoshopped, I contacted the company that did the work), and he had the money to pay for it. Now he is the only person to have done this engine swap for this car and has a one of a kind car. Props to him. Maybe that money could buy him the evo, but time catches up to you and you can't keep up with it. These 20 year olds that win Dodge Vipers and stuff in lotterys take money rather than the car for a reason. They couldnt keep up with insurance and new tires and stuff for that kind of car.
thanks guys for the comments and for those who dont agree thats all cool. i wanted to do something different and i have and i am not stopping there. i am on a break right now becasue i am saving up for my next project and returning back to school is setting me back a tiny bit but summer isnt here yet.
as for not being able to make back my money i could in a sec i already have a couple offers not saying what they are but basically with the offers i am making 1-3 thousand dollars in profit thats counting car value + all i spent for the engine swap + the rest of money i put in to it, but in mind i started this and i want to finish this and at that time i decide to sell it and lose money what can i say but i did what i wanted to do
thanks thou for the comments and all comment are appreciated

I'm sure it's been said before but it's people like illuminati that keep people doing interesting products and mind boggling modifications. It's that kind of drive that makes people try crazy and new things, which trickle down to benefitting all of us. Thanks man, great job on everything.
so it's an evo motor or 4g63t. I know I can get a 4g63t motor for about $1,500 but you have to consider labor work and custom parts for the car. I think the total outcome of your car cost less than an evo and is much better than buying an evo and driving it off the lot. I give you props for your accomplishments...
