For grip AWD is always better than FWD, thats why the SRT-4 will never be as fast as say the evo or the STi, the torque steer is nuts and they begin to snap axles.

yeah i wouldnt mind doing this swap if i had the money. and yes i am completely for the AWD, its my favorite. but this is a good alternative to buying an evo

hey also take in consideration we dont have the evos in canada and money for the car which i paid and the price i got for the swap still cheaper then the wrx

i agree i would love it to be awd but now thats expencive and i am not willing to pay for that i rather use that money in other mods

yeah, FWD I'm sure will do fine. and oh yeah i forgot about the no evos in canada thing cause of the front mount IC.

they snap axles cause most of the owners are retarded..

hey btw illuminati: is the anti-lag bungs in the exhaust mani functional? i know on st205 celica GT-4's they are, they get air injected into the manifold. i was wondering if the 6.5 is like that?

Engine swaps are not illegal in the U.S. I don't know what kind of weird laws they have in Canada, but even in California, as long as the engine is no older then the car it is going in, it is fine. Insurance companies can try to tell you what you can and can't do with your car, but in the end, it is your car.
