Roof scoop install

I dropped the car off today for the install. Heres a few pics of day1. The roof was sanded and the scoop secured with epoxy and rivets. Tomorrow is fiberglass filler, then thursday is paint. i will post pics as i get them.

Is that covering the sunroof hole or something?

I would rather have a sunroof than a roof scoop, but that's just me. All the power to you. But I gotta admit, it looks pretty good so far.

Yeah, up close pix are generally not good. We wanna see the car as a whole, and if the installed subject "blends in" nicely with the rest of the car or not. But seriously im having thoughts about either doing this or maybe a sunroof for my Lancer. Too bad the 2002 OZ models didnt have an option for sunroof or not.

its not very expensive, the scoop cost me 60 bucks, and the install is about 400. much cheaper than a sunroof, and this wont leak. ill post pics of it blended tomorrow
