I bent my rim...need help
Ok, so I hit a pothole and I bent my rim....does anybody in northern NJ know of a shop that can fix the bend and make it smooth again?
Also, I bent the front right rim, and now whenever I make a right hand turn I get a very faint squeeking noise. I havent messed up the alignment or anything like that (I can let go of the steering wheel and the car stays straight). Has anybody experienced something similair to this?

you send your wheel out to Wheels America, they fix wheels. Might be cheaper to get a new wheel depending on how badly it is bent. Their website is www.fixrim.com
good luck

If you hit something hard enough to bend a rim the possibility of the alignment being off or other damage is very likely. May wanna look into that.

well it looks like nobody around here can fix the rim for cheap enough....most places I took it to just said they could try and beat it back to shape with a rubber hammer....well hell I can try that myself....
Everyone else either wanted like 150 bucks or said it couldnt be done....so I guess I'm gettin new rims
