here is the advice to end this thread.
One 7000rpm ona lancer is no good becasue power is at peak at 5500rpms
If you really want to have 7000rpm then go get a mirage ecu and install it. I have heard of a guy on this forum that did that, but no garns are gonna be from it. IF you want ECU control then spend the money on an AEM standalone and do as you please.

flashing stuff is great but if you mess up a flash you can ruin alot of things

there really isnt a point to raise it to 7k in the lancer stock is 6200 and it doesnt make any power after that rpm... rrm told me about that when i called about the piggy back ecu

The people that want a 7k redline are turbo'd and far from stock. Power is still climbing at 6200 with the right camshaft and there is more power to be had. Without a turbo, peak power is made around 3500rpm and tapers off from there.
