Do I need a new clutch?

what about when you are first taking off, let's say from a stop. you let go of the clutch while giving it gas, and it seems to take longer to actually get into gear completely... does this mean the clutch is wearing? i have 70k km (not miles) and it's been abused enough too. when i am actually in gear, at a roll it pulls according to the gas given and doesn't appear to slip, regardless on an incline or not.
