Yes it will work. The only difference between the two transmissions are 5th, the diff and diff gear. If you change to the RA final gear and diff here is what you'll see:

6000rpm speeds:
1st: 30mph
2nd: 55mph
3rd: 78mph
4th: 104mph
5th: 139mph

7000rpm speeds:
1st: 35mph
2nd: 64mph
3rd: 91mph
4th: 121mph
5th: 163mph
