Passed

I passed, the O2 simulator was definitely causing me to run lean. Hopefully that didn't put too much stress on the engine, since I was running with the O2 sim for about 4 months. Thanks for the tips guys, even though the only thing I needed to do was disconnect the O2 sim.

Must be nice to be able to turbo in another state and have the car pass smog. I guess you guys have snow and we have smog checks. Don't know if that's fair or not.

Kid Lancer, you should have atleast just 1 cat or you'll definitely fail. I passed my emissions when my turbo was installed and I only have 1 cat.

Down here in Georgia we don't need emissions till 2006 on a 2003. we get a 3 year grace period... that sucks to be in Virginia. You could just move to South Carolina for 6 months register your car there then move back to virginia that way you don't need emissions.

Or you could move to southeastern VA. We don't have emissions testing here, they just look to see if the exhaust system is intact. A high-flow cat with the stock heat shield is all you need.
