First off... 2 step colder on the plugs is a must with the lancer motor. Higher compression.

Next and before you ever boost again get a compression check done. If you are still getting the misfire code chances are you've hurt a piston and the dings on it from detonation are creating hot spots.

Next: list what you have on the car in detail.

Specifically, Fuel management, fuel pump, what boost your set at, etc. From there i can assist more but it doesn't sound good to me.

High compression + high boost makes for a very hot chamber... the colder plug ensures you don't get the ground so hot it ignites the fuel prior to spark.

When this occurs you usually end up with a spark plug that has a burnt off ground.

i think you could get away with a 2g turbo eclipse fuel pump which is 190lph. But there is no way the stock pump can handle the boost.

Stock pump and boost= booooommmm!!

Definately get that compression checked... DON'T boost on the stock fuel pump... change that out to a 190 or best 255lph.

pistons and rods are weakest. Crank hasn't broken yet so it's plenty strong. If your gonna have it all apart and out i'd do a lightened flywheel and upgraded clutch.

That way you don't have to pay for the install later.

If you can get the head ported and polished... turbo car loves that. If you plan to go big boost later then get ARP head studs.
