it's about 30 min ago...i was runnin on hwy about 75mile.. suddenly some strange noise coming form around glove box (air bag) area...it was like windy noise...so i was reduced speed... it gose quiter.. but i could hear that when i inceresed speed. and it was loud when stong wind hit my front. i never heared this sh*t noise before....n e one have this problem? or n e one know whats the matter w/ it?

ok more explain... i broke that right front under side (right in front the wheel) shield thing long time ago so i think it causes of that.. any one know that parts name?
it looks black plastic plate.(quater circle shapes)
