04 exhuast issue

so here is my problem i had my 04 es in the shop to get turboed and circumstances came up that i couldnt. so after all this my exhaust is not right. when accelerating in first gear its really loud and shakes the whole car but after first it quites down and runs fine. now i had to replace 2 motor mounts thinking that would fix it it didnt. then i had a tech at the dealer look at it and he said its just hitting the frame so i had that done it didnt do anything. so my question to you guys is whats going on it never ran like this before. i do have a rrm axleback on there is it possible that it has gone bad and needs replaced? im out of ideas what could be wrong any help would be great

no the car is back to stock now. the shop i took it to put a new flex pipe on and moved the first cat back a lil bit to get it off of the frame. i just dont know if the intermidiate pipe is bad or what or if a cat is bad or something.
