RRM Throttle Body/Gas Mileage?

Why is it after I installed the tb my gas mileage went to sh*t. I know that it's allowing more air/fuel in, but damn, to lose 50-60 miles to the tank? Before the tb, I was gettin like 280-300, now it's like 230-240. And, no the air cleaner isn't dirty. Other mods are aem cai, rrm header, that's it engine wise. Any help, Boe, Rock??
Thanks

That doesn't sound right... are you sure you have everything hooked up right? I never experienced that lose when i did the TB. check all your vacuum connections and reset the ecu.

No vacuum leaks at all, the connections have been quadrupled checked, and it's been a gradual loss over the past couple weeks.

Have you been hammering the throttle a lot?

There is two little metal brass color hoses coming out of the top of the TB i belive. Would those being plugged with dirt/grime have anything todo with the loss in MPG?

Nah, everything is is fine, can't figure it out, gonna do some minor maintenance...clean k&n, oil change...etc, even though all those things get done when they should, sh*t, maybe I do just have a friggin lead foot. But in my defense with these mods it's lot more fun to drive than when it was stock. I'll go easy on the fast starts throughout the next tank, see if that's it. Thanks for the help!

good luck... another thing that just hit me is that it has been super hot the past few weeks out there right?? The heat may be making the car throw some more fuel... just a thought.

the heat could also be making you put more throttle down to get the same responses your used to when its cooler.
