Replaced throtlle body, now won't start when cold? Mitsubishi can't seem to adjust it either...

Did you reattach everything correctly? No problems with mine. All they do is bore it and replace the butterfly. There isn't much room for mechanical failure. Most likely you overlooked something in the install.

 

Sounds like maybe he didn't reroute the coolant line on the TB to keep the plate from sticking?

 

What cooling line? There did'nt seem to be anything in the way. And it was easy to do,I've been a John Deere mech. for 12years now so I have some stuff under my belt.
