i like my evo... its different... and its a car suited for my age... im 20... if i were to drive around a z06 i'd be defending its my car more than actually driving it... and u ****ers are always saying the evo is too much of a car for a younger person. and this POS is only 30k.... i'd like to here what the vette people would have to say about a 80k with a 20 year old driving it lol

I wouldn't trade my STi for a Z06. It has way too much sentimental value. You can't put a price on sentimental value.

You all may say that you would ditch your Evos for a Z06, and while maybe some of you would without blinking an eye, but then there are those of you who would regret your decisions.

The only way I would trade my STi for a Z06 is so I could sell the Z06, then buy my STi back, and buy an Evo. If I play my cards right, I'd still have a few thousand dollars left for mods.

Good luck with that...the Z06 is an amazing car...Stock for stock it will outperform almost anything at the track...Heavily modded Evo would get spanked (IMHO) by a slightly modded Z06...

 

Heres my assesment.


Z06= A great Car of this Century, It does EXACTLY what GM wants it to Do.... MAKE PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IT. It handles well, Can Hang with the best. and Offers Great Gains for its Price. I love it. Id consider it now matter what.

EVO= my Favorite Rally Car! Amazing Bang for the buck, Great Performer, Great All around. Im building mine now and i love it .

 

they are awesome cars. i love my evo. but i like vettes aswell. if i would trade it. probably, even if it was for the shear value of the trade. would i buy another evo after yeah probably. its great to have a 4 door sedan that is easy to build and fast as hell. but there is nothing like a 2 door sports car.

 

I probably wun, just cos i m not really into 2 seaters. that's just me though

no offense, but if you're worried what people will think of you based on the car you drive, then why get an Evo? if you're going to use stereotypes, the Evo is looked at as a boy ricer mobile driven by skinny teenagers with backwards visors and baggy pants that use "dawgg" as every other word in their vocabulary
