yeah i bought mine october 22nd, 2005. i only had between 55-60k on it in december of last year, but i started a job that was 170 miles away from my house...one way lol i was making that drive back and forth for 7 months, and i finally moved to the area where my job is located, so now i only have to drive 15 miles to work. it would be cool if all 100k of those miles were fun racing and driving miles, but at least 45-50k was all boring *** highway miles going back and forth to work. i still go back to my home town, and i do a lot of driving. i put a lot of miles on all my cars, but the EVO definately got to 100k faster than any of my others did lol

Laugh, I would sure hope so, but limiting it to a specific model isn't really important. Being a IX (model year 06) with 100k+ is the real story. My VIII MR is at 32k and is daily driven (just not driven daily, haha).

that's actually what i was getting at. the fact that it's an 06 IX. i just always through the MR in there. it's like i tell everybody that asks about the mileage...it's a good thing i love this car, because i OWN it lol. there's no way i'll ever be able to get rid of it with that mileage, but i never planned on getting rid of it anyway. so i guess that works out haha

oh, and with that mileage, other than a few light bulbs burning out here and there, and the random missfire code always popping up, i've never really had any trouble with the car. it still drives like a champ, and i race it every chance i get. all the driving did take it's toll on my ralliart cf lip, windshield, and carbon hood though..... they all look like they were in a gunfight and lost lol the windshield, lip, and hood will be replaced soon though, now that the driving is back to normal. chargespeed hood coming (to match the trunk..**** seibon junk), JDP ralliart replica-with ralliart sticker from real ralliart lip...i don't care if it's not a real one, ti looks the same, and i've gone through 2 ralliart lips so i have earned the right to keep the sticker lol (since ralliarts are extinct now)
