Skyline Vs Supra, which is King? (poll)
Well they both have awesome Inline 6 motors with single or twin turbos 
Both are very good looking cars But a big difference is that one is RWD and the other is AWD. Kinda not fare to put them in the same class in some things. Like Supra's will Never compare to a Skyline in Track, or Time Attack style racing. but put them in Drag racing and they are both awesome cars. I pics a Skyline for the fact that I think its a better all around car than a Supra for racing overall + they are more Rare and I love the looks of a R34 over a Supra too

Supra FTW! While I admire the Skyline, the Supra is an icon here and in alot of other countries. The GTE motor is just bullet proof. The aftermarket support for both cars though, is definately amazing. Both are great platforms in their own respective manor. But, the 2 things they have in common the most 1- The come from the land of the rising sun, and 2- they are both powered by I6's from the factory.

I think the Supra has showed that it is superior in the power department. And btw its stupid to compare the R35 to a mkiv Supra
Stock 2JZ vs Stock RB26 motor = 2JZ wins it has showed that it can be reliable at 800+whp stock. Record is 1017 whp with a stock 2JZ-GTE bottom end
Some facts about what Supra's have achieved
A Supra holds the record for street cars in the standing mile , 241.8 mph (btw stock gearbox, stock axles, stock rear/TRD LSD)

The Titan Scion went 6.40@220 mph with a 2JZ motor in 2005
And they are now competing with a Scion which is using a 2JZ motor in the ADRL 10.5 Extreme and have gone 4.09@175mph in the 1/8 mile

the skyline is the better car over all. It got the race pedigree to prove it. You gotta remember. You comparing the whole car. Not just one aspect. (ie motor vs motor). Besides drag racing and texas mile doesn't require any real skill. Anybody can do it.
