I think its just how we have to place them for stock location! I miss the Evo for the reason of making easy power!
But it does suck!

 

Well it is at 4500ft elevation, which will make the turbo spool a lot slower then sea level.

full boost is at 4600 22psi up here... at sea level on my race gas map (30 psi) i hit it about 4600-4700
