Since I own a evo I'm biased. I know there is no replacement for displacement but it doesn't matter how much power u have if u can't use it all. I think the evo is going to end up more fun to drive around in and hit some curves unless ur into power sliding. Either way u can't go wrong. I guess it would be nice to break loose the rear wheels every once in a while. As far as someone else's post earlier i don't think the Shelby beats the evo as far as cost to performance goes. Also as far as hitting 1000hp in the evo that wont be an easy task but lets be honest how many of us are looking for that. Last but not least to this day nothing puts a smile on my face like beating a v8 in my little 4cyl
