Thats true, but bang for the buck, if the above 2 statements are true will easily go to the Si

and still, if the prices of the Type R and the Focus RS are similar, there's no world in which my money would go to the Honda. The only thing the Type R will beat the RS at is resale value, and as my bank account indicates, I always ignore that in my car buying decisions...

If it is severely underpowered, do not expect the Focus to lose on resale value either.

If history has taught us anything, Honda's are not immune from having poor resale for specific models.

I'm talking specifically about the Type R in that post, not Honda's in general. I think the RS will hold its value relatively well also, but my money is on the Type R to do better in this category

I could see it being true, but Honda has been behind the times when it comes to race cars for several years now.

I'll wait until some concrete facts come out for the US type R before I make a firm decision. Right now though, I am betting the Focus RS is going to sell out and be worth a pretty penny in the future if it is as limited and perform anywhere near as well as Ford is claiming.

what a lot of ya'll forgot is, what happened to the integra type r... those who had it, didnt have it for long. notice "had". because they were jacked left and right. jacked while your driving down the road.
i think it would be cool for it to happen but i can already tell you, there is going to be sooo many stolen ctr's that its not going to be worth it for that price tag.

that was before the days of good factory security systems and immobilizers. I'm not saying this will prevent theft 100%, but it cut down a lot. Of course this does nothing for getting car jacked... or getting your wheels stolen...

^ right, ITR got stolen because the integra as a whole was one of the easiest cars to steal.
To knock the window out of the track was/is extremely easy to do.

I have had my evolution paid off for awhile now, the cost of new vehicles are just outrageous. Looking at this civic from the side view looks kinda like a Tiburon, but that's just me, I mean yes it's far better quality over the KIA but I would never see myself paying for a new civic or any new 2015 vehicle...my opinion though so don't blast me...
