Need to learn the car and track first but I will most likely attend that event, at the very least to watch.
I'm still on the fence about going. It doesn't seem like the most appealing track but lots of people are excited for it, honestly I don't know a whole ton about the track.

I visited Lime Rock in November just to check out the grounds. Really nice facility and it very much feels like a "historic" place. Beautiful surroundings too.
I'll let you know how the actual track is! I have two events there in March, unless it snows.
Seems like all the track groups here are like that, not just Lime Rock. Palmer and NYST are not historic tracks and basically brand new in the grand view of history.
In Texas, slower car just lets off but doesnt need to change lanes. In the NE, slower car points the passing side, then lets off. Maybe adv drivers signal early enough
The only historic place somewhat local to me is Laguna Seca. I do plan on running there in May. Its a 105db day too! Looks like they are cranking out Auto Club Speedway days too since they are planning on tearing the track down soon. So might have to squeak one of those in before its gone forever.

Both tracks are a blast, in completely different ways.

I highly recommend x100. It's one of my favorite courses. The elevation changes are so bad ***. If you go, you will not regret it.
Ended up being a new NSX (200tw tires as only upgrade) came out with the fastest lap of the day. Not a huge fan on how it looks inside and out but it's performance is something else... my Supra buddy who was racing with me got me by a full second. He has a good amount of the right bolt ons. So I think that is good inspiration for me to get all the aftermarket parts I have laying around bolted on. He actually ended up in 2nd.

As bad as CA is, this is why I haven't left, unlike you haha. This is all the snow we have right now.
Same. All my friends that moved out of state hate on me and tell me how dumb I am for staying.
Meanwhile, we're racing year 'round. 😂
I wore shorts and a t-shirt today.
I won't even get into the other advantages...
