What is with VW R32 owners?
I am an SRT-4 driver and I have run into some snooty r32 drivers myself. My buddy owns and swears by VW's and I can tell you that superior fit and finish is a lie. Sure it may look like eye candy to a dash molester, but the interior rattles, and doesnt hold up well to alot of use. One day he was preashing to me and my friends about the superior fit and finish of vw's at a buddy's house and as he was rolling his window down it fell off track somehow at about 1/3 of the way down and smashed inside of the door......talk about funny.
For it being such a refined driving machine is sure does transfers alot of transmission noise back into the cabin of the car.
Lastly.... you dont buy Evo's, STi', or SRT's because they are refined driving machines... you buy them for their performance....... which the R32 isnt exacly crappy in that department.... its not up to the level of our cars. Apples to Oranges.... R32 is the compromise between performance nad refinitement, where we are all out performance. Now if we were to hold the R32 to our spectrum's standards... its a POS 30k 14 second wheezy VW...but since most of us realize its not in our spectrum... we dont say that.

also dunno if anyone saw the latest car and driver, they reviewed the R32 and in the article it said that if the R32 was available during the STi vs Evo shoot out, the R32 would've won???
That's whacked, i'm not going to read car and driver anymore.

Wouldn't you try to come up with something about your car that makes it comparable to Evo's and STi's ???

Watch your mouth with the "Jewed" comment...definately not neccessary
If it was deamed a bad word it should come up ***ed.. But it doesn't.
So I thought, is it in the dictionary??

TRANSITIVE VERB:
Inflected forms: jewed, jew·ing, jews
1. To bargain shrewdly or unfairly with. Often used with down. 2. To haggle so as to reduce (a price). Often used with down.
ETYMOLOGY:
From Jews' supposedly extortionate practices as moneylenders in the Middle Ages.
Relax man! Sheesh. No one pointed at you. I don't support the comment, but this isn't grammer/religion class either. When someone says for christ sakes I don't get all bent outta shape.
Personally, I think the R32 isn't too bad, if it's what you are after. It's a nice "looking" car with some minimal performance and high price. Not what I was after, but there is obviously a market for it. They are selling.

I used to have a b5 s4. Loved it to death. I had about $7k in mods. I test drove an abused test mule evo at a local dealership. I went back and test drove an R32. There's a reason my signature is as it is.

you realize, of course, the word "nig*ger" is in some dictionaries as well. using the term to define blacks or actions that blacks are stereotyped for would be inappropriate. calling other members "losers" is also against the policies at evom... (i know, i got a warning for something very similar)
and the srt-4 is definitely a faster car than the r32. i'm sure what he meant by "our," is that the sti, evo, srt-4 are purpose-built cars for performance and not by 1/4 mile times.
edit: i meant purpose built cars for performance, not comfort.

Bro, It's a good thing you don't live in New Jersey.
I wasn't so rediculously offended when you made the jew comment...just letting you know it wasn't neccessary...but you definatley sholdn't get arrogant and be telling people to STFU.
