Yeah, thats my seat and its taken by me
I thought paypal would help me solve this pretty easily as i have pictures and everything but now it turnes out they wont do **** as it was not within their user agreement statements.

Evolution8RS - scammer

So paypal couldn't do anything because this guy took all his money out.

The item was Greddy RS bov he had up for sale for $100.
Still no response from the seller, so the admin and I came to conclusion that this guy's a scammer.

Why does he need to scam somone for not $10000, or not $1000 , but mere $100 is out of my comprehension.

always read seller rating, look for good names such as vendors or renowned companies that left positive feedback

Evolution8RS is a scammer. Paypal dispute closed because the money is taken out of the seller's account. No one EVER buy anything from this scammer who has to steal for $100.

PATHETIC

06MREvo and Paypal are garbage-OT failed me

Since i'm out 115 bucks and have a worthless control arm, I'm just going to vent here.

First off:
Paypal buyer "protection" is worthless. Some guy can just send you broken **** and you can't do anything about it as long as the seller can prove he shipped you broken ****. Since when does having good seller rating mean that you can never possibly ship something that gets damaged and that you are not responsible?

And the story:
So I buy a control arm from 06MRevo and it arrives with a rip in the spherical bearing. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in that his rating is good, so he probably didn't try to scam me. I figure this shouldn't be too bad.

But...nope. I contact this ***** and he first accuses me of damaging it during installation. As if I could somehow rip it during the installation of a bolt on part. He's automatically not at fault and I have to somehow "prove" to him I didn't try to install it. I tell him no that I did not install it and he then accuses me of trying to SWAP my broken one with his "perfect condition" one.

This one I can prove, so I go under my car, make a youtube video showing him my broken control arm moving in and out as the spherical bearing is broken and allows me movement. "Look idiot! My car is still messed up, maybe he'll come to his senses," I think. But he then gets even crazier, asking me how does he know that car is mine.

Look at me, being a clown, thinking an EvoM member didnt have his head 2 feet up his *** (It also shows his ****ty shipment method.)

Are you serious guy? How hard is this guy trying to ***** out of responsibility.

Assumptions that you would have to make to assume i'm a scammer:
1) A 6 year member of EvoM would be a scammer.
2) I would be so stupid as to mess up an install of a bolt on part.
3) I would be so desperate for cash I would go through all this trouble to get $115.
4) I'm just a straight up *******

06MREvo makes all of these and more! Is he crazy or just an *******? Who knows.

All feedback on both sites is positive. You even posted in your thread that your "other" LCA was torn. How do I not know you are going to try and get your $$ back and send me your "other" LCA??
I have great ebay feedback as well idiot! But you chose to ignore that.

I fully inspected the LCA AGAIN before shipping it to the buyer and there was NO tear. I DOUBLE boxed the product, so there is NO way for it to be "damaged" during shipment. The Fedex box that was INSIDE the brown box is how the original person I bought it from shipped it to me. (So the other guy shipped it to you like that means I'm trying to scam you...ok) There is no proof the "car" in your video is actually yours and there is no proof that you didn't damage the product you brought from me during installation on your vehicle and are now trying to get your money back. Like I said before my feedback on EvoM and Ebay speak for themselves. I don't sell damaged products. My decision to not refund you stays the same.

How do I accomplish this if I messed it up during an installation?

Empty unpadded box. But double boxed!!!

Here's his story again. So you shipped it the same way the other guy did? Oh, that must mean vicbdn is trying scam you!

I ended up not needing the LCA so this 1 sat in my garage for almost a year till I sold it to this buyer. I examined the LCA before shipping it to the buyer and it was in perfect condition with NO tears. The white fedex boxed that was INSIDE the brown box was how the original seller sent it to me. There is NO way during shipping that this product could become damaged. The white fedex box was small enough that there should have been little to NO movement of the LCA during shipment

I never said that in the buyer's video the car was not an evo. I said there was no proof that it was the buyer's car. I did not appreciate the buyer harassing me through 2-3 PMs about the LCA. A PM about his "proof" should have been enough but because I was NOT on my computer all day I receive PMs about me ignoring him and so on. I replied to him via Paypal as soon as I saw his PMs.

I have sold a large variety of products on EvoM and Ebay (Bmxkingbj). My feedback has been perfect on both since 2002. I have also done over hundred transactions on Paypal and they have all gone smoothly. (Wow bro! Over 100!) I DO NOT & WILL NOT sell damaged products. I do not have a lot of feedback on EvoM but it has all been PERFECT till this transaction. The buyer only has 1 piece of feedback on EvoM. From now on I will not sell to someone on EvoM unless they have at least 5 positive feedbacks. I was trying to help a fellow EvoMer out by selling him a perfect condition LCA with NO tears and this is what I get in return?(well aren't you a saint)

Moral of the story:

1) Don't buy from 06MREvo, cuz he's a ***** and will not man up to his problems.
2) Having good feedback means you can self delude yourself.
3) Having good feedback means you can provide terrible customer service.
4) Paypal doesn't protect you from ****.

I mean seriously........."the car isn't mine"?.....

Why do I have so much time to write this up? I'm a senior accounting student. That's right 06MREvo, a chinese soon to be accountant is trying to scam you out of 115 bucks. You are a master detective.

That sucks... I have never had good luck with paypal being an individual. Having a company account with paypal seems to work great though. Good Luck! I hope you get this issue resolved.
