As long as you refund him the money i see no harm done.

Because, it is in perfect condition, so you can sell it to somebody else?

Well until the issue is resolved, and the buyer receives his money, it is still an open issue. Because paypal did this or did that doesnt matter, as it was obviously you at fault here. Congrats to you for doing the right thing, which would never have to be done if you wouldve done the right thing from the very beginning

And the only RESPONSE I receive from you are

It was used once and mounted by the top with doublesided 3m tape.. under the cubby hole..
I don't care how or what or when it was mounted. I bought this item because of your description that it was in perfect conditon. And NO it isn't glue residue. Maybe you can try taking it off yourself and try selling it to someone else.

Again, I am bending over here wasting my time and money to have to send it back and even hope for a refund.

Understand now paypal doesn't deal with situations like this. Still you should of told him about it before shipping but you did admit you messed up so I don't see a problem long as you refund him the money when he sends it back

Only issue thats left is you editing the original thread to cover this up

Well the item is being shipped back to me Monday and im sending the refund tuesday... So if you do want it i will pm you when i get it back..

Problem solved and refund is being issued.. Once again sorry to the op for the incident... we discussed everything via phone and refund is being sent! sorry again and to mods for the issue!
