He filed it over the phone, I'm sure he did it correctly. He had every single text / email / pm and even pictures of everything.

If the seller would like to call me or austin (ta ace) and resolve this i will gladly take down the paypal claim. I have a solution to this that i think will benifit both parties at this point. Myself and Ta Ace have tried numerous times to contact seller via text, call, and voicemails. If your busy at work or school, its understandable send us a text tellin us that and call us later, just dont NOT respond.

OK.. it's my turn.. you never try to resolve this issue.. you call me yesterday sunday midnight right? well i had to sleep for work.. thats the only time u try to contact me..i already told you i bought that motor.. you try to link that motor to the knocking thread i made?? well i still got the motor in my car orgiinal motor have vin of vin n that car vin.. it was my lift it collapse.. That motor did have 60k on it i check on carfax before i bough it.. I also text you ask for pic of the motor and the vin to prove it's a faulty motor.. if you would just be patient and wait til the next morning we could have resolve this issue but you wanted to be childish about it.. You said i didn't give you that track number? i can easy post this on here right now.. you said you have the motor in your car right now and it started up right? can u post a video for me with the VIN on the motor so i can hear the knocking?? oh i'm at work right now so it's not easy to respond.

To defend the seller, the thread was made at 9:35PM PST, that's after midnight on the east coast. Granted it isn't resolved, but seems like the OP jumped to conclusions and such a bit too fast

I have put calls and texts into you and left msg's man
i text you yesterday at
2:28 pm central time? and then at
5:27 yesterday, then at
8:58 am today among my calls also at
11:07 pm yesterday (central), and
12:09pm today

and thats just from me not including when keith has tried to get ahold of you

i can send you a video of this motor knocking and the vin on the front of the block i can give you everything you need to prove this is the engine ... plenty of time for a response by phone i havent heard anything until now

seems a lil odd that the motor you sold me has the EXACT same conditions as the ones you have in the video and description of that engine you said in the thread 55k so you can see my concerns. and now that thread has been deleted and the video gone.?

i had to call and get tracking number from ****'s auto myself a week after it should have been shipped no biggie we got the engine...

i can prove the vin on block video's of it knocking in the car..
never recieved a text from you asking for a pic or video of the engine until now 2:05 (central)

engine is in car and started yes i can post video of it knocking tonight when i get off work

i understand being busy but SOME kind of communication would have been nice man.. i understand and am confident we will get resolved.. just felt like it took this thread/paypal despute to get a response from you.. you also responded to this thread before i recieved a text msg at 2:05...

Never try to resolve this.........We had to put you on blast in a thread to get you to come out and say anything...I have no problem adding to the list of printed material a call log from my cell and Ta Ace's cell phone also. There were multiple calls made today and pretty sure one made mid day yesterday (although i would have to check Ta Aces phone on the one). If you want to resolve this and even up with us by all means i will be the FIRST to step up and say we rushed a bit, but right now the only respons we have gotten is 1 text and the above post which is not making any progess to fixing the situation. SO if you want to say its a different motor i have no problem checking vins, etc etc.. but you have to look at the facts here

jan 10th 2010 old thread had video linked to evo motor with knock noise with 55k miles....
we buy motor with 60k miles may 2011
install motor and have knock noise
start new thread discussing fradulant sale
seller doesnt respond to any form of communication
old jan 10th thread gets deleted

i mean come on what are we suppose to think. As i have said above I think i have a solution that will benifit both parties if, im not trying to rip anyone off, i just want a good running motor for my car, and right now all i have is a ticking time bomb. But to fix this the seller has to be able to at least open up some kind of communication here...

perhaps the person who purchased the motor should be the one doing the communicating? or did you both purchase a motor from him?

then let the person who's name is on the paypal account it is communicate with him. teaming up on him isn't going to solve things any faster and will likely just cause confusion.

if the situation were reversed and your buddy had the account.... would you be keeping your mouth shut?.... not trying to start a fight here, but we both equally invested in whole transaction rather we used my account or his... what if we would have had to used a third parties account do to not being verified with paypal or something? Would us two been completely out of the loop then? I do get what you are saying, but stand in our shoes for a second ya know. We arent trying to gang up on him and strong arm him into doing what we want. i simply filed a claim, and we started this thread asap, cause if we would have waited a day or 2 it may have been to late to do so. If it gets resolved, so be it great we can all go our merry way the claim will be dropped and that will be that. But you have to realize i have talked to more people on here about this situation and their opinons about whats going to/ or not going to happen, than i have with the original seller at this point.
So with that being said lets get it resolved, lets settle on an agreement and get over this whole thing cause all i want to do is drive my car. i busted my **** all sat. running around collecting last minute parts from other local evo owners lol to get it done so i could drive it sun. and now i dont want to cause im afraid a rod is going to let loose and the motor is going to be completely junk instead of right now it can be rebuilt.

Bottom line ...... LETS QUIT THE BS....AND AS HOWIE MANDEL SAYS LETS MAKE A DEAL

Childish?
You sold him a busted motor? do you really think he would just go on the forum before trying to call you a million times? Id advise you to make this right or i will do everything in my power to advise him how to pursue you legally if need be.

This isnt my first rodeo an i have a pretty good success rate.
