learn how to read.. he only try to contact me on sunday night.. im sure most ppl works on here.. i sleep for work.. you make it sound like he been trying to contact me over a week already.. it's moneday so get your shiet staight.. if he just pm me and be patient i will get back to him either after i wake up or after work.. but it's just 1 day and u ppl think i'm scamming him.. as of right now i'm waiting on proof that the motor that is knocking is mine and not his old one..
i also drain out the oil myself.. i'm no evo motor expert but if the rod bearing r gone wouldn't i see flakes coming out? i have no problem refunding his money but i don't want to refund his money and my motor is acually perfectly fine.. so bascially i lose out.. and it's a win win for him.. he get the motor and hes money back..so now i just want proof of the vin on the motor and i just want him to pull the oil pan out to show me the bearing wouldn't be to hard? so does this sound fair for both party?
dude, instead of posting use your time to text us...lets get this worked out... we posted the video, post up the vin that the motor should match.. and ill see if i can get a clean shot of the numbers on the block. We have no reason to lie about anything, and i will get you any info that you want just let me know
the reason i havent pulled the pan yet is because i didnt want anyone sayin "o you guys tore into it" i have no problem pulling the pan and snapping some pics tommorow, like i said man i had something in mind like since we traded the cash and cf trunk lid, you keep the trunk and give us the cash back, that way we dont have to worry about shipping the trunk again cause i know it cost me 120 to ship it and i was worried sick about it the whole way lol thats just off the top of my head...

i already told u from the start. i'm at work. they don't allow us to bring cell phone to work because all the stuff we work with.. you guys just never listen.. i have no need for the trunk. if what you saying are true then i'ma want the motor back.. lol i ain't that stupid.. i keep a crusty cf trunk and u keep my motor? lol.. yeah just pull the oil pan off tomorrow and send me the pic of the bearings.. also i saw the pic you send me of the vin.. i can't see 1 single number or letter from it.. take a better pic.
ok i have a pic of the old motor with my FINGER in the hole were the rod came through so there is NO way it could be that one also in that video if you watch it i pan the camera over and you can see the old motor tore down next to the trash can man! i have sent texts upon texts and phone calls and you texted me back once and have responded on here

refund the money keep the trunk i have already spent money and put all new timing components and labor on this motor to make for a healthy motor but now i need that money back to go through it and rebuild it end of the day i still need a motor.. make things right refund them money and you can keep the trunk that will make everyone happy, and resolve the issue.
i also keep hearing you say i havent called you the phone works both ways man i have documented every text/phone call/pm/voicemail and times and everything is printed. i have done nothing but give you everything ou ask that video is clear as day knocking.. pic of the old motor w/ my finger in the hole coming up man..

my blown engine w/ hole in block and the vin associated w/ it clearly not the engine you sent...

and why spend another 400 to ship this back and $120 to ship that trunk back? then refund me the 700 and the 120 i spent to ship the trunk.. cause im not paying any shipping.....and should be refunded that 120 i spent on shipping that trunk for wasting my time?. i told you i would keep it because i can rebuild this motor w/ the money back and not have to try and find another engine....

Crazy you wasted the hell out of Austins time by shipping him a trashed motor to begin with.. what he thought was good turned out bad..

i would be furious as well.. and in my opinion you don't deserve ANYTHING.. you ****ed up with the damaged goods so you pay out of your pocket 100% he should not pay anything.
If you ship someone something thats no good its your responsbility to either come and get it back or pay to have it shipped back..
what about the hours he spent wasting his time trying to install it?

damaged and the customer contacts me complaining its damaged want to know what i do? i create a label, give it to them and have
them return the product.. once i confirm the products defective i give them a full refund.
you're doing the right thing asking for proof its your engine.. thats completely understandable.. but you made the mistake by shipping the
defective product, so if you want it back you must pay to have it returned to you and refund Austin 100%.
You also need to pay to return his wing also with your own funds. you were the deal breaker here not him. think about it.

you guys r not getting this.. right now the only problem is he wants to keep the motor and want me to keep the trunk which i don't want.. so as of right now i been TRYING TO SAY i will refund his money back full amount 700 whihch he payed for the motor.. and i want my engine back.. get me the quote on shipping it back.. still sound sketchy to me him sayin my motor is junk but he still wanna keep it.. money is not an issue to me right now.. if the motor is junk i'll rebuild it and sell it.. or sell it as is for 500 bucks which is the price for just the head.. so right now i'm tryin to set things right for him but he kept calling me a scammer? lol
and exactly as tscomp said why would i pay ANYTHING out of this deal when your the one selling false goods i work in a dealership parts dept is i ship out something that wrong do you honestly expect the customer to pay for the shipping to return the item?
i am not calling you a liar or anything just saying if you honestly paid $400 to ship that engine i am sorry.. i am telling you as YOUR disgruntle customer that to make things right i am willing to let you keep the cf trunk and just refund the money spent so that we can then rebuild this engine that was falsly sold as a perfect running 60k engine as described and promised!
