I payed for the item via paypal and he was responsive the first week or so. Then when I was wanting specifics for shipping (even though he claimed it was shipped via USPS) he backed off and eventually stopped communicating all together.

I filed a dispute with Paypal, gave him a few days to respond, he didn't. So, I escalated it to a claim and had to wait10 days for him to not respond again. Paypal voted in my favor and I received my payment back, thankfully.

Lookout for anything he may be selling - his name is Andre Sarwan, located in northern NJ. I don't know what happened, but it was the result of a poor seller since he no longer communicated after a certain point and I never received what I paid for. Even though I won the claim (as of yesterday) I was without money and an intake for over a month. Please beware, hope this helps!

Same guy:

I sent payment via PP, In the notes section i put "Payment for HKS 272 cams for Evolution 8". Product arrives and it was for an EVO9 mivec.

Made a Claim with PP and they awarded me my refund.

Stay away from this guy!
