I recommend the Megan over the stock one. One, it is way easier to port and two, Buschur has found that the tubular 02 housing frees up some HP because it flows better than the stock housing.

My manifold didn't take as long as I thought it would so I figure I wouldn't have more than 2 hrs in a stocker and a lot less than that in a Megan. Maybe I'm crazy and sniffing too much wishful thinking dust lol.

Yeah Paul I was going to say I definitely want to get together after the holidays and do some tinkering. I need to get my wideband in the car first then I can start dicking around with those tephra patches and get my injectors dialed in.

I have v7 all up and running. The big maps are the poop. I've been playing with spool timing and fuel. I am loving the results. 5th gear on the highway at 55mph....mash the gas and by 3200rpm I am at 26psi. It is sooo much fun.

Mark.....quit being a pansy and MOD that car. There is enough talent here to "fix" any problem you may encounter. Heck, most of us have already ridden the mod rollercoaster you are about to get on.

no rollercoaster.
this thing is plenty fast for me. I just want it to run as efficiently and correctly as possible. to its full capabilites with the mods it has. this will not recieve any power adders.
i have already put 8K on it since July.
in 4 years when its payed off is when the fun begins.
then it sees track duty.

The flange is 1/2" thick. You couldn't warp it with a 10 lb sledge hammer and an anvil lol.

who knows what those little chinamen do.
they could have dropped an eggroll in the casting of the flange and the oils made an air pocket in the molten steel, THUS warping the flange.

chinese quality control! NO EGGROLLS ALLOWED.
