I don't think I've ever posted my car yet. Last shot I have before it got trashed at Road Atlanta. Ended with a 1:42. Not bad considering the build.

 

What happened?

 

getting some practice laps before NASA east coast championship at the end of next month.

 

Car looks great but does look like you have it set up to understeer a fair bit. Not seeing much in the way of countersteer at corner entry and mid corner. At least that's what I can figure from listening to the tires and watching your hands.

 

yeah, it does understeer slightly, but was on older r7. with fresh a6, it's a little more neutral. im also planning to make a larger front splitter in a couple weeks before i go back for the championship event.

 

I know in my limited track days events getting the back end a little more lively has netted quantifiable time. Of course being AWD, a lively back end isn't really all that risky either since a little throttle or countersteer will bring it back straight.

 

Long story short there was oil on the track and I ended up meeting the wall pretty hard. I walked away. The car is in rough shape.
