Actually only the right rear has a noticeable flat spot, probably because it was the most loaded corner. There 10 heat cycle r1's, so no big deal, already past their prime grip.
1) He had 350whp and i have 400whp
2) I could go WOT by T5-T6 sound tower because i have a laguna pipe on my car
3) I have a bit less weight (3140 vs 3300)
4) Other various factors.
if Zhong had more time there and was driving my car no doubt he would beat my time. He is a better driver than I with a lot more experience, he actually gives me a lot of advice and coaches me. I send him my videos whenever i have new ones and he gives me advice on lines.
Also if he would stop blowing up his car that would drop his times too

Never driven Laguna so was not that familiar w/the times. Saw the Vid of Justin running w/John Mueller in the 1:36's.
I was just a Fontana runner & Zhongs times there were not touchable by me at my level
You still did a very, very respectable time & proud of you guys representing the EVO community well

Cool to see this thread I started still going strong and one of my favorites on the site.
Sad day, but I'm selling my car to another local track junkie. I' haven't had it out for a while and its time to move on. He is going to have a blast with it.
