What kind of diffs is the car going to run? Definitely look into the ACD reflash if you've got ACD.. Tre rear diff ftw too!

Yup.

I got a PM from one of the mods saying I hadnt done anything wrong but If I continue to put posts up like that that I should get you to do it or I should sign up as a vendor.

But I guess this COULD count as part of your build thread?

teaser?

So the whole thing is debulking and it should be going in the over on monday.

my experience with TRE is not good. i have had nothing but great experiences with shep stuff so he is my go-to guy for tranny/TC work. its also a '03 so we don't have ACD. currently it has the mitsu LSD, but we will put quaffe diffs in eventually. right now i just need to get the basics down.

Hey KevinD, whats up brother. Hey man I pm'd you a little while back, you were telling me about porting my turbo manifold, and that we might do a one for one swap, and pay so were not there all day messing with the thing. You never told me how much that was. I already will have the stuff for the tune you advised me to get. Let me know, thanks man.

Well we finally spent last night pulling the tranny and fixing the oil leak. spent this morning fixing the idle problem, and got on the dyno to give it a first pass on the dyno!

Big thanks to steve Kan and Kan tuning for giving us dyno time on his mustang dyno!

totally untuned it did 405whp at 17.7psi, we then started turning up the boost, we hit 581whp and 475 ftlb of toque at 29psi before we found the limitation of our prototype in tank double pumper. the feed holes for the pumps are to small, but they can be opened up some. this was also with a total **** alignment, so i would expect 600whp with a good alignment. our goal was 600whp, and we will have no problem with that.

other then a small water leak, the only other issue we had was using the stock ecu controlled boost, once we went over 7500rpm the duty cycle shot up to 100% spiking the boost bad. this was even with the deactivation rpm to 8500rpm so i suspect there is something wrong with my ROM or XML file.

josh will post the video of the dyno later, and i'll post the dyno later tonight as well.

in other news alejandro finished up our dry carbon hood.

lightest hood ever! 3lbs 11oz! this car is coming along good. next up is to fix the water leak, give it an alignment and give it a good shake down next saturday.
