I think I showed you the pull fan I installed(before the crash) it really help the oil temp a lot. but since it was a pulling fan, the right tire without the shield felt warm.
Update since Boom reminded me.
3 events since Install. Water temp STAYS ~ 195 and oil stemp STAYS ~ 235 max, goes down to 190 on a single cool down lap. This is in Florida 90+ outside temp and 130+ track temps. Guys, this really does work. For me it didn't make sense why a fan in the FRONT of the oil cooler would work, but hell yes it does. The only drawback i've seen thus far is the inside of the pass front tire goes up slightly more then all the rest due to the hot air blowing on it as sblrvo said. But there's ways around that.

I'm wondering if I could make that 13" fan fit with a Buschur 4" (i.e., 3.8") FMIC? Are there 2 fingers of clearance from the FMIC with the 3.5" one you have? It's a little hard to tell in the picture. Thanks for the tips!
Probably have a couple more events on the car by now... Are you still running the stock oil cooler and SPAL fan with nice low temps?
I'm in the market for a bigger cooler, but a $60 fan + relay would be way cheaper!
