I believe you're right about that. One of the best rules ever was the following year when they banned all of the ridiculous winglets.

What is interesting here is while the FIA has approved this approach the end of last year, there may still B a question of legality regarding moveable parts...as they point out, this innovation is similar to double diffuser a la Brawn two years ago...as a result, the others must follow now and not wait.
