Strategy is also a big part of the success. What tires to run when and when to pit to avoid traffic ect. Those are just as important as having a good driver.

Given how ****ty Pirelli tires have been, I haven't seen a lot of strategy wins. Go really fast for a few laps and then limp the tires home.

Check out the link for an interesting article on the 2.4L V8 engine era. Mostly has to do with Renault's RS27 engine.

It's free!

That was crazy. Totally unlike red bull. I guess they wanted to dispel the Webber conspiracy theories by holding Vettel back longer. Lol. That must be hell as a driver in the lead, about to break a couple records. Must have seemed like hours to him.

That's would be my nightmare as a pit guy. You can ruin a race for a guy. You can also help him win it, but destroying a lead the driver made would annoy me to no end. Probably be cussing myself out for months.

Mark without a helmet was awesome. It looks so different with the driver not wearing it. Be a cool poster.

Horner stated originally Webber was supposed to come in but they thought there would be a SC so they brought in Vettel. Confused the pit crew. Lol

Guess they want to end the season with the most dull race of the year.

I like how India dropped off the schedule, but yet no one seems to mention it.

I actually kinda like the track in India, has some disgustingly fast corners. I'm not saying its puts on the best race though..

A good track to race on doesn't equate to a good spectator experience, at least not in most cases.

I have been browsing 2014 equipment regs here and I'm not a fan yet.. It's not going to be a Motorsport if it keeps trending this way..
