Quick newb lesson for you: AMS = $$$, they mark-up everything, pretty much anyone (MAP, Cobb, etc.) will be cheaper, even on AMS branded parts. I honestly don't think I've ever bought direct from AMS, even for my AMS stuff.
Very true! I replaced my small battery for like $40 less than MAP's best price due to AMS not allowing for much of a mark down. I picked up an
Odyssey PC680-P Battery for about $100 shipped vs the $140 shipped price of the AMS POS.

Thanks Chris, much appreciated it. AMS does mark up stuff... ei: 800 bucks for LICP with tial qr. a bit too much. I already have the UICP and the IC, I was thinkin about making it all match. I dont like the idea of mixing parts from diffferent companies. They did give me about 300 bucks discount on IC + UICP when I ordered it though which was nice. Im thinking I'll get another 100 bucks or so when I order the LICP with Tial QR.

You guys dont have to pay shipping on most of the stuff lol. You can literally stop by and pick up parts, shipping is a damn hassle. But, I think getting stuff from dallas would be cheaper to ship than other major city locations where companies are at.

We pay tax though, you wouldn't. The cost to ship wouldn't be much more than the tax.

Why Tial BOV? Plenty of good stock fitment ones available that don't require a fancy flange.

I know their not the same plugs, but the last set of plugs I bought from Kevin at EvoD cost $50 picked up. I'm running the stock COP setup without any blowout issues.

I was initially going with Greddy Type R but that sounded too ricey for my taste, then was gonna grab the Cobb one but then I asked around and looked around... There has to be a reason why Ams choose to have the tial qr to go with the LICP. Seems to be more efficient with the pipe and no fitment issues (from what I was told which could be wrong)... Oh and was thinking about getting the Agency Power BOV before cobb/tial.

I could go with the cobb, who knows just yet. The LICP with BOV is 3nd to last on my list to buy. The last piece is the FP Green, I have 10 (down from 12 so far) more items that I will get so there is a while till I decide on the bov. I buy a piece, pay it off and grab another so I still have a bit more time till I grab the BOV. I hope it all goes to according to plan and get it all done sometime in Spring. I will go via MAP/Cobb to get all the pieces though, hope I will get somewhat a discount haha.

@Chris, I will surely keep that in mind. Added it into my excel file. As a second note, tial qr sounds like raptors communicating lol.

Acree - Different plugs so you can't compare the prices, we only have 3 choices with the X. Also, 8/9 is not a true COP setup unless you go with aftermarket coils.

T6 - Cobb or Synapse DV are both great choices.

I wasn't, not until he got us a touchdown anyway. But Romo coming back and getting another sure was a welcome site.

Its awesome that you can put a GSR grill surround to an MR. I wanted to get rid of the chrome parts for sometime and I am slowly doing that. Next step would be the window surrounds that are chrome. Almost done with my coats and touch ups on the mitsu diamond with plasti dip. Today I am getting my ams sst cooler install and if the shop works on my car this week at a decent pace... I should have my baby this Friday, if not next week for sure... 3 damn weeks without my car and driving a camry makes me feel like 95 years old.

edit: You guys probably have already seen this but I just saw it today, sorry for the late news if so.... You had to harass them didnt you Tom :P
